What Does Gut Health Have to Do With Inflammation?
As a functional and integrative nutritionist, I spend my days helping people who struggle with both gut imbalances and inflammation. The two go hand-in-hand. This is as true as it was over 2000 years ago — even more so today, because our modern life of stress, fake foods and toxins are increasing the burden on our GI system like never before.
